Steadman Partners is a UK based private investment office. Located in Scotland, we have a wide range of interests and investments throughout the UK and beyond.

About

Steadman Partners is not tied to any particular sectors or areas, but hold and seek investments in exciting, innovative areas that interest us. We currently hold Investments in young growth companies alongside a diverse portfolio of property investment assets. We are willing to look at opportunities which complement our portfolio, interests and areas of expertise.

Investments

We look to invest in startup, early stage or growth potential companies that could benefit from our experience and expertise. We believe that the key factor in the success of these companies is the drive and passion of the founders and this is pivotal in our investment appraisal. We are particularly interested in innovative food and drink products and other consumer brands but do not limit ourselves with set sector criteria and actively review investments in a variety of areas.

Property

We hold a portfolio of income generating commercial property / real estate assets within the UK. We look to invest in quality assets which provide a mix of income and capital appreciation. Our assets are generally managed in-house to ensure a good working relationship with our tenants. We also have a number of residential and commercial development interests and are willing to work jointly with suitable third parties on quality projects.
